About Larzo

Sal Zahedi, founder of Larzo

"A mate of mine, a sparky, told me he spends every Sunday night typing up quotes instead of being with his kids — and half his customers still went elsewhere because his quotes looked scrappy. That did my head in. So I built Larzo so you can rattle out a proper quote in two minutes and get your evenings back. I'm not a faceless app company — message support and it's me you'll get, and I'm in it for the long haul."

What Larzo does

Larzo turns rough job details into a professional PDF quote in under two minutes, sends it on WhatsApp or email, and turns the accepted quote into an invoice in one tap. It captures your receipts, tracks what you've been paid, and emails your accountant a clean set of records every month. The whole money side of a trade, run from a phone.

It's built for UK tradespeople across fourteen trades — electricians, plumbers, builders, carpenters, painters and decorators, landscapers, gas engineers, roofers, plasterers, glaziers, tilers, kitchen fitters, locksmiths and handymen.

Why it exists

The paperwork is the part of the job nobody trained you for, and it's the part that eats your evenings and loses you work. A scrappy quote costs a real customer; a forgotten invoice costs real money. Larzo exists to take that off your plate so you can get back to the work — and back to your family.

Who's behind it

Larzo is operated by LARZO LTD, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 17344060). It's a small, independent business, not a faceless app company — when you message support, you're talking to the founder.

The guidance in our quoting guides comes from working closely with the tradespeople who use Larzo every day. Where we quote prices, rates or regulations, we say plainly that rates vary by region and that the rules differ between England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland — because on a page a tradesperson reads for accuracy, a confidently wrong number is worse than an honest range.
