Larzo ("we", "us", "the service") is a quote and invoice generation tool for UK tradespeople, operated by LARZO LTD, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 17344060). By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Questions? Email support@larzo.co.uk.
Larzo lets you create professional quote and invoice PDFs, share them with customers via WhatsApp or email, collect e-signature acceptance, and manage your customer records. It is intended for use by self-employed tradespeople and small trade businesses operating in the United Kingdom.
AI-generated content (job descriptions) is produced by Anthropic's Claude models. This content is a writing aid only — you are responsible for checking that all descriptions, prices, and quantities on quotes you send are accurate.
Larzo offers two tiers:
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms.
Cancellation: you can cancel your Pro subscription at any time via Settings → Account → Manage billing. Your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period; we do not issue prorated refunds for partial periods.
Right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013): if you are a consumer (not purchasing for business use), you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of your initial subscription purchase. To exercise this right, email support@larzo.co.uk within 14 days and we will issue a full refund.
You must not use Larzo to:
You are the data controller for the customer personal data (names, addresses, contact details) you enter into Larzo. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process that data and for complying with UK GDPR in your business. Larzo acts as your data processor for that data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
When a customer accepts a quote by typing their full name, their name, IP address, user agent, and timestamp are recorded. This constitutes a basic electronic signature under the Electronic Communications Act 2000 and is legally binding under English law. You should retain a copy of accepted quotes for your records — these are available in your Larzo dashboard.
Larzo is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the service for maintenance and will endeavour to give advance notice where possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure (Supabase, Railway, Vercel, Stripe).
We may update these terms or the service at any time. Material changes (including price changes) will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
